Refund policy

At ZARIAN, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• All original packaging, certificates, and materials must be returned.

• No signs of wear, resize attempts, or damage.

• Earrings (pierced)

• Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact returns@zarian.shop within 14 days with your order number, item(s), and reason. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship without an RA number.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defect or error on our part: ZARIAN covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label.

• Other reasons (change of mind, size, etc.): Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returns over $200. ZARIAN is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Processing

After inspection (3–5 business days), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund includes item price only (original shipping excluded).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact support@zarian.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video of the issue. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

8. International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our error. Mark package as "Returned Goods."
