All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or for custom-made pieces, processing may take 5–7 business days. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your package:

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, contact support@zarian.shop.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. All high-value shipments require a physical address and signature upon delivery.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
ZARIAN is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Shipping Delays
ZARIAN is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
